Hi Friend 😁
This Week’s Reflection:
The Power of Slowing Down
How many times have you wished you had more time? Most of us find ourselves wishing we had more time to do the things we love or to simply relax. The truth is that we all have the same amount of time. It’s just a matter of how we use it.
Are there activities that you can eliminate or cut back on? Are there ways to be more efficient with your time? For example, try batch cooking meals so that you have food ready for the week ahead. Commit to one week without social media, check your screen time and see if it makes a difference.
Once you start making small changes like this, you’ll be surprised at how much extra time you have. We fill the time we have with things - it’s human nature - but we can fill it with better things than doom scrolling. Whether that means taking up a new hobby, spending more quality time with loved ones, or simply taking a break to relax and recharge, make sure to schedule some “me” time into your week. You’ll be glad you did.

Resource of the Week:
Forest App
This week, I’m loving the Forest App (link). This beautifully designed focus tool helps you stay present by planting virtual trees that grow while you’re focused on your task and wither if you leave the app. What I appreciate most is how it makes mindfulness tangible - you literally watch your focus grow into something beautiful.
Until next week,
